ThescopeofworkistoperformbusinesssystemsanalysistosupporttheCLIENTsAccelaImplementation.AccelaisaSaaSenterprisebusinessapplicationusedbymultipledepartmentstomanagepermitting,licensing,inspections,andcodecompliance.ThesuccessfulrespondentmusthaveatrackrecordofsuccessfullysupportingimplementationsofcomplexbusinessprocessesinAccela,workingwithcross-departmentalteams.CLIENTmaintainsitsmodulesintheAccelaplatforminpartnershipwiththeITEnterprisePermittingInspectionsandComplianceTeam(EPICTeam).SelectedconssultantwillworkunderdirectionfromtheProductOwner.TheConsultantwillbeexpectedtoattendregularlyscheduledteamcoordinationmeetings,designsolutionsthatadheretoCLIENTstandards,andrespondtoemergentissues,asneeded.Theindividualwillnotberequiredtoreporttoonsiteofficesonaregularbasis,however,CLIENTanticipatesad-hocinpersonworkshops,training,andothermeetingsasneededthroughouttheproject’slifethatwillrequiretheanalyst’sparticipation.Someknowledgeofsupporting/integratedapplicationsincludingbutnotlimitedtoBluebeam,ESRIArcGIS,MSSQLServer,andHansen8isdesirable.
