About the Role

As a Licensed Financial Advisor, you will meet with prospective clients through virtual appointments to assess their financial goals and recommend appropriate strategies and products. Rather than cold calling, your primary focus will be educating clients, building trust, and helping them make informed financial decisions.

You'll guide clients through solutions such as:

• Retirement Planning

• Income Protection

• Indexed Universal Life (IUL)

• Fixed and Fixed Index Annuities

• Life Insurance

• College & Education Planning

• Wealth Building Strategies

• Business Protection Solutions

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual consultations via Zoom or phone.

• Analyze clients' financial needs, goals, and current situation.

• Develop personalized financial strategies based on each client's objectives.

• Educate clients on retirement planning, wealth accumulation, and financial protection.

• Present financial solutions with confidence and professionalism.

• Build long-term client relationships through exceptional service.

• Follow up with prospective and existing clients in a timely manner.

• Stay current with industry regulations, licensing requirements, and product knowledge.

• Meet or exceed monthly production goals while maintaining a client-first approach.

Qualifications

Required

• Active Financial Advisor and/or Life & Health Insurance License.

• Legally authorized to sell financial products in your licensed state(s).

• Experience in financial services, insurance, wealth management, or retirement planning.

• Strong understanding of retirement strategies, life insurance, and financial planning concepts.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Ability to build trust and establish lasting client relationships.

• Self-motivated with excellent time management skills.

• Comfortable working remotely and managing a virtual schedule.

Preferred

• Experience working with business owners and high-income professionals.

• Existing client relationships or referral network.

Compensation

This is a high-income opportunity with uncapped earning potential.
