About the Role:

Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive dental cleanings and assessments for patients.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and preventive care.
- Take and develop dental radiographs (X-rays) as needed.
- Document patient treatment plans and maintain accurate dental records.
- Assist the dentist during examinations and procedures as required.
- Ensure compliance with infection control protocols and safety regulations.
- Manage patient scheduling and follow-up appointments effectively.
- Build rapport with patients to ensure a comfortable dental experience.
Requirements:
- Valid Oregon State Dental Hygiene license.
- Associate's degree in Dental Hygiene or equivalent.
- Experience in a dental practice is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Proficient in dental software and technology.
- Commitment to continuing education and professional development.
- Compassionate demeanor and a passion for patient care.
Hiring Bonus : $5,000
Part Time or Full Time (Tuesday - Thursday)About Us:
