Job Description & Requirements Regional Director of Revenue Cycle StartDate: ASAP Drive revenue cycle excellence and operational performance across Penn Highlands Healthcare as the next Regional Director of Revenue Cycle in picturesque Pennsylvania! The Position The Regional Director of Revenue Cycle will provide strategic and operational leadership for revenue cycle functions across two Penn Highlands Healthcare hospitals in the greater Pittsburgh region. Reports to the Vice President of Revenue Cycle. Key priorities will focus on strengthening the revenue cycle team and creating greater stability, accountability, and engagement across the region. This leader will also help prepare the organization for future transformation, including the planned transition to Oracle. The ideal candidate will be an experienced healthcare revenue cycle leader with a hands‑on, collaborative leadership style and demonstrated success in building and developing teams. This individual will be an effective communicator who can establish trust, drive accountability, navigate change, and engage staff around a shared vision for the region. Requirements Bachelor’s degree required. Must have at least eight years of healthcare revenue cycle experience, including leadership experience in process improvement and revenue integrity.
