Hiring Aerospace Electronics Assembler in Redmond, WA!Shift: Day & Mid shiftPay: $23-$29/hour (Based on Experience & Shift)What You'll Do• Assemble electronic components, circuit boards, and wiring harnesses following engineering drawings, schematics, and work instructions• Perform through-hole and surface-mount soldering in accordance with IPC standards• Inspect and verify completed assemblies to ensure compliance with quality and functional requirements• Conduct basic electrical testing using multimeters, oscilloscopes, and other diagnostic equipment• Maintain accurate assembly records, production documentation, and test results• Follow established quality, safety, and manufacturing proceduresWhat We're Looking For• Strong electromechanical or electronics assembly experience• Ability to use common hand tools and precision measuring equipment• Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams, engineering drawings, and component schematics• Experience working in a manufacturing or production environment• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality• Ability to read, write, and understand EnglishPreferred Skills• Aerospace manufacturing experience• Soldering experience with through-hole and surface-mount components• Experience performing electrical testing and troubleshooting• Familiarity with IPC standards• Experience working with wiring harnesses and circuit board assembliesThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Redmond, WA.The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $29.90/hr.Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
