Position Summary The General Manager owns the entire store—people, sales performance, operations, and guest experience. This role is accountable for hitting the budget, developing leaders, and ensuring value is driven through a guest-centric experience. Job Duties Sales Leadership & Floor Execution (Including Ups Management) Customer Experience & Guest Support Inventory Management, Promotion Control, & Cash Handling Facilities & Building Oversight Culture Management & Communication (Including Huddle Leadership) Store Operations & Standards Talent Development & Coaching Scheduling & Team Management (including Conflict Management) Training & Performance Management KPI Reporting & Management Meetings Required Qualifications Education: High school diploma or equivalent, required. College degree, preferred. Experience: 3-5 years of retail leadership experience in high-volume or furniture retail environment, required. Physical and Work Environment Requirements Physical Demands: Standing/walking for extended periods; occasional lifting.
