Travel Physical Therapist Opportunity

Looking for a change of scenery and a chance to help others? Join Jackson Therapy Partners as a traveling Physical Therapist where you'll help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions while experiencing life in a new location.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active Kentucky Physical Therapist license is required to start the assignment.
• Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Outpatient physical therapy experience as a licensed clinician within the last 3 years is required. No new graduates.
• Demonstrated competency in comprehensive evaluation, individualized treatment planning, goal writing, and timely documentation per clinic and payer requirements.
• Experience with outpatient documentation systems, charge entry, and letters of medical necessity preferred.
• Ability to supervise and provide direction to therapy aides, support staff, and students when assigned.
• Maintain professional licensure and complete state-mandated continuing education. Adhere to state practice act and organizational code of conduct.

• Facility Type: Outpatient clinic.
• Shift Pattern: 5x8 schedule.
• Duration: 13 week assignment.
• Positions Available: 1.
• Must have prior outpatient experience; no new graduates.
