MEP Estimator - Commercial Projects

We’re a rapidly growing mechanical contractor that currently has 60+ active commercial projects and a backlog that continues to expand. We are looking for a MEP Estimator who can step in, take ownership, and immediately make an impact on high-value bids.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead estimating efforts on ground-up and TI commercial plumbing projects
• Drive full-cycle bids: takeoffs, pricing, scope review, and proposal development
• Identify value engineering opportunities to win competitive bids
• Build strong relationships with GCs, vendors, and subcontractors
• Partner with operations for seamless project handoff
• Help elevate and mentor the estimating team

What We Want

• 5+ years of MEP estimating experience
• Proven track record of bidding and winning profitable work
• Strong understanding of plans/specs, code requirements, and project costing
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
