Shift: Night shift 6pm-6am

This is an onsite position leading Maintenance Technicians. Strong Maintenance background in Manufacturing setting. Strong leadership skills

• Advanced knowledge (including AM-Autonomous Maintenance systems & Progressive Maintenance Steps) & skill to maintain the dedicated equipment(s) at basic conditions independently, including the execution of AM & PM (Client-Breakdown maintenance, planned maintenance) standards on dedicated equipment(s) and TPM problem solving tools
• The capability to lead a Role for the Line. Qualify and coach the next level SWP owners and drive the common opportunity areas across the line in PDCA-Plan Do Check Adjust approach
• Execution with excellence and prioritizing results.
• Follow through on commitment and persevere through challenges to find creative solutions.
• Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), MS Outlook calendar and email management, written and oral communication skills.
• Be flexible and available to interact and connect with people at all levels in the organization.
• Good understanding of manufacturing and maintenance requirements to meet personnel safety, food safety, and quality standards.
• In-depth knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and PLC systems used in food production machinery and related equipment.
• Demonstrated proficiency in troubleshooting production equipment and processes.
• Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems.

Education / Certifications:

• Ability to read blueprints and electrical schematics.
• 5+ years' experience working on a maintenance team.
• 1 year experience of management experience or supervisory equivalent.
