Chief of Staff: Cross-Border Ops, Product & Strategy
Pantera Capital
Pantera Capital is seeking an operations leader to coordinate cross-functional initiatives between the U.S.-based leadership and Taiwan-based engineering, product, and operations teams. You will develop onboarding and training materials, support recruiting, and translate strategy into actionable plans.
The role includes global collaboration, KPI analysis, and travel up to 15% domestically and internationally.
