Responsibilities

• Visit customer sites throughout Silver Spring to assess project requirements and site conditions.
• Draft clear, accurate project estimates and present them to homeowners.
• Guide clients through material choices, focusing on durability and style options that meet their vision.
• Coordinate with the project management team to ensure that what we promise in the sale is what we deliver on-site.
• Follow up with potential clients to answer technical questions and finalize project details.
• Maintain accurate records of client communications and project status updates within our internal system.
• Maintain a 35% close rate on leads assigned.

Requirements

• At least two years of experience in direct sales or field-based consulting.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record for site visits.
• Must have reliable transportation, a smartphone and a computer.
• MHIC required in Maryland.
• Strong ability to read and interpret basic structural blueprints or site diagrams.
• Excellent verbal communication skills for clear client interaction.
• Proficiency in measuring tools and basic math for accurate project estimating.
• Prior experience in construction or exterior home improvement projects.
