Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health status and emotional well-being, utilizing standardized tools and clinical interviews.

• Administer evidence-based therapeutic interventions across various modalities, including individual, family, and group counseling, to effectively address the diverse needs of clients.
• Monitor clients' progress by maintaining detailed records and adjusting treatment plans accordingly, ensuring alignment with therapeutic objectives.
• Provide timely crisis intervention and emotional support during critical moments, demonstrating swift, empathetic responses to clients in distress.

The clients you will serve at Rising Mind Counseling Services range from adolescents to adults, who may experience a variety of mental health conditions including anxiety, depression, PTSD, and other emotional disturbances. Qualifications

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field.
• Current and valid state licensure as a Mental Health Counselor (LMFT, LMHC, LCSW) is mandatory.
• Proven clinical assessment and diagnostic skills, with a strong ability to tailor interventions to the client’s needs.
