Online Cruise Booking Agent (Remote)Shreveport, Louisiana, United StatesAbout the JobWe are a travel services company dedicated to helping clients plan and book unforgettable cruise vacations. Partnering with leading cruise lines and travel providers, we deliver seamless booking experiences and personalized support for every traveler.We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Online Cruise Booking Agents. In this role, you will assist clients with selecting cruise itineraries, handling reservations, and ensuring every trip is smooth and memorable.Key Responsibilities:Book cruise vacations, including accommodations, excursions, and special packagesProvide clients with accurate information on cruise lines, destinations, and travel requirementsManage itinerary changes, modifications, and cancellations as neededDeliver outstanding customer service and build lasting client relationshipsStay informed about current cruise promotions, travel trends, and policiesQualifications:Strong communication and customer service skillsExcellent attention to detail and organizational abilitiesAbility to work independently in a remote settingPrior experience in travel, hospitality, or booking services is a plus (not required)Passion for cruises and helping others plan memorable vacationsWhat We Offer:Remote work with flexible schedulingTraining and professional development resourcesSupportive team environmentOpportunities to grow within the travel industryAccess to cruise and travel perks (after training completion and eligibility)
