Position Overview:

The physical therapist is a skilled professional who has completed an educational program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association. Physical therapists provide services that identify, prevent, and rehabilitate acute or prolonged physical dysfunction or pain, with emphasis on physical dysfunction. Such therapy encompasses evaluation and assessment of patients, therapeutic application of physical and chemical agents, and exercise or other procedures to maximize functional independence for all patients from pediatrics through geriatrics.

• -Position Status: Full Time
• -Work Schedule: Day shift 40hrs per week

Education Qualifications:

• Required: Graduate of physical therapy program from accredited school, with a degree in Physical Therapy

Certification Qualifications:

• Required: Must possess and maintain a current State of Illinois Physical Therapist license
• Required: Current Basic Life Support (AHA or American Red Cross BLS) certification

Experience Qualifications:

• Previous experience preferred
• New Graduates welcome

Pay Range:

• The pay range for this position is $37.77 - 56.66 per hour.
