Pay: $17/hour+ BOE

Schedule: MondayFriday, 8:00 a.m. 5:00 p.m.

Job Type: Full-Time

Shipping and Receiving Clerk (Heavy Data Entry) Must-Have Requirements

• 13 years of shipping and receiving experience
• Strong data entry skills with high accuracy and attention to detail
• Experience processing orders, bills of lading (BOLs), and shipping documents
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed
• High school diploma or GED required

Shipping and Receiving Clerk (Heavy Data Entry) Position Summary

• Responsible for handling inbound and outbound shipments with a strong focus on high-volume, accurate data entry
• Ensures all shipping, receiving, and order processing tasks are completed efficiently and correctly
• Works cross-functionally with operations, customer service, and production teams

Shipping and Receiving Clerk (Heavy Data Entry) Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Process outbound shipment orders, customer orders, and fabrication work orders in internal system (Quantum preferred)
• Prepare bills of lading, packing lists, and certification paperwork
• Receive and process incoming repair orders including inspection, work order creation, labeling, scanning, and routing
• Resolve discrepancies and communicate with customer service teams
• Ship completed orders using FedEx, UPS, and DHL systems
• Coordinate with freight forwarders for domestic and international shipments
• Package products to ensure safe and damage-free delivery
• Maintain organized filing of BOLs, orders, and receiving documentation
• Assist with month-end reports and documentation review
• Order and maintain shipping supplies
• Collaborate with internal teams and departments
• Operate forklift as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned

Shipping and Receiving Clerk (Heavy Data Entry) Additional Qualifications

• Experience with ERP systems (Quantum preferred)
• Forklift experience preferred
• Ability to read and interpret documents and correspondence
• Basic math and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Comfortable working in a deadline-driven environment
