Swift now has a presence in 200+ countries and legal territories to serve a community of more than 12,000 banks and financial institutions.What to Expect:In this role you will:Assist in maintaining and supporting CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins and CloudBees CD/ROMonitor and troubleshoot applications running on Red Hat Enterprise Linux systemsHelp debug build and deployment failures by analyzing logs and pipeline outputsSupport application deployments across development and test environmentsWrite and maintain basic automation scripts (Bash or Python)Collaborate with development and QA teams to improve release processesFollow best practices for version control using GitDocument processes, runbooks, and troubleshooting stepsWhat will make you successful:We are seeking professionals with:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field2 to 4 years of experienceStrong willingness to learn and grow in a DevOps environmentProblem-solving mindset with attention to detailAbility to follow documented processes and ask questions when neededExcellent communication and teamwork skillsPreferred Qualifications:Knowledge and experience in cloud platform such as AWS, Microsoft Azure or GCP in areas such as compute, storage, networking, IAM and secret management with Infrastructure as Code as a plusKnowledge and experience of Cloudbees. Understanding release and environments, trigger, monitor and debug deployments, work with existing pipelines, understand parameters, workflows and jobsSwift is unable to sponsor an employment authorization for this position now or in the future.The estimated salary range for a new hire in this position in Virginia is $82,361.00 USD Annual MINIMUM to $152,955.00 USD Annual MAXIMUM. Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
