Occupational Therapist Outpatient position located in Sartell, Minnesota. The role involves evaluating and developing treatment plans for patients with pelvic health needs, ensuring functional recovery and safety. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day.

• Required Qualifications: Must have Pelvic Health certification either Herman and Wallace or American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) Pelvic Health Certification; CPR certification; an active and applicable license for Minnesota; 6 months to 1+ year of outpatient clinical experience.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with outpatient therapy, prior completed assignments with the organization or agency are highly desired.
• Float: Float rotation may be required.
• Additional Information: Responsible for completing comprehensive evaluations, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, documenting patient progress in medical records accurately and timely, and participating in student and professional development activities. Ensures care is provided under valid physician orders and in compliance with state, federal, and organization policies. Adheres to organizational performance improvement initiatives and maintains professional licensure in good standing. Demonstrates commitment to safety, quality of care, and organizational values.
