As a United Air Temp Experienced HVAC Installer, I will receive:
- Paid training and required certifications/licenses
- United Air Temp vehicle, gas card, and cell phone
- Daily technical and leadership training
- Mentorship and guidance from leaders who started with no experience - 100% of United Air Temp's leaders started as trainees, including the CEO
- Ability to work with your hands, lift 70-100 lbs, work in small spaces or attics when necessary
- Experienced with the ability to install Residential HVAC systems
- Strong work ethic, excellent customer service, and a can-do attitude to ensure that every customer experience is exceptional
- United Air Temp will teach you the rest!
