Sr. Financial Analyst

Base pay range $100,000.00/yr - $125,000.00/yr Direct message the job poster from Vaco by Highspring Key Responsibilities Analyze and allocate business unit expenses across entities and markets Review actuals vs. budget, investigate variances, and recommend solutions Perform ad hoc analysis, reporting, and data-driven insights Update and build financial reporting templates Partner with business units and cross-functional teams to resolve issues Qualifications Bachelor\'s in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (CPA a plus) 3-5 years of financial analysis/accounting experience Strong accounting knowledge and advanced Excel skills Experience with ERP systems (Oracle preferred) Excellent communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills Self-starter, detail-oriented, and collaborative team player Compensation and benefits Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual\'s skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs.
