Position Summary
Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. Working with a team, the material handler will be responsible for handling and bundling the fabric as it comes off of the automated cutting machine.
Essential Functions
- Remove cut fabric from automated cutting machine
- Maintain efficiency by working at a steady pace
- Maintain attention to detail while bundling/matching up fabric
- Prepare cut fabric for the sewing department
Minimum Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent attendance is required for this position
- The ability to work harmoniously with a team and individually
- Experience in an upholstery manufacturing cutting department is preferred
