Location: Cavco Goodyear 1366 S Litchfield Rd Goodyear, AZ 85338, USA Responsibilities Be the first point of contact for any questions that a sales team member may have Facilitates problem solving and collaboration within team Conducts in-depth needs assessments of potential clients Developing your sales team through motivation, counseling, and product knowledge education. Qualifications 5+ years of Manufactured Home sales experience Public speaking skills and strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to troubleshoot, and work collaboratively with all Team Members Professional attitude, display integrity, have a positive attitude, and provide quality outgoing communication Ability to communicate effectively, including the ability to provide clear, positive, and constructive feedback to Team Members Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively Ability to work under demanding time constraints and production goals Possess good problem-solving and decision-making skills.
