With our experienced teams and our innovative ideas we drive our success while we have fun doing it!What You'll DoPerform work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, observing Lithia and manufacturer standards.Diagnose cause of malfunction.Complete all work according to the applicable safety requirements.Road-test vehicles to ensure quality of repair work.Document work performed on repair order, record test procedures/results and time, per company recording and clocking procedures.Provide and maintain an inventory of normal mechanics tools.What You'll BringWe prefer 2+ years of prior automotive repair experience. We will review candidates of all skill level.We prefer ASE and manufacturer certification.Desire to produce and be part of a high-output team.Have a desire to grow with us in this automotive industry.Working knowledge of computers and technology. Comfortability in navigating computer and dealership technologies.Willingness to participate in professional development/manufacturer training to stay current on industry knowledge.Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license.Total RewardsThis is a flat rate position that is also eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes Bonuses based on Production Productivity.The average wage range for this position $39-$60 Per Flat Rate Hour including proficiency and tenure bonuses.Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location.
