Area Experience Leader Multi-Office Growth

H&R Block

H&R Block, Inc. seeks a Multi-Office Leader to oversee a portfolio of 4–6 retail offices and ensure a consistent, high-quality client experience. You will coach Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals, set expectations, and drive performance across locations.

The role balances strategic oversight with hands-on leadership, including staffing, facilities, compliance, and day-to-day operations. Frequent travel across offices is required.
