Job Summary:

Home Matters of North Denver, a leading provider of in‑home care services, is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to join our team. As a Caregiver, you will provide hands‑on support to clients in their homes, helping them with daily activities, safety, and comfort. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of seniors and individuals with disabilities.

Responsibilities:

Help with bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
Support safe mobility and transfers
Give medication reminders (no medication handling)
Assist with light housekeeping, meal prep, laundry, and basic safety checks
Provide companionship, conversation, and meaningful engagement
Escort clients to appointments or outings as listed in the care plan
Report any changes in condition to your supervisor or RN
Protect client privacy (HIPAA)
Follow infection control and safety procedures
Complete orientation, annual training, and Nurse Guided Care education

Qualifications:

21+ years old
At least 6 months of caregiving experience
Strong English communication skills
Able to pass all background and reference checks
Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and assist with mobility
Able to stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout the shift
Reliable transportation and driver's license
Willing to attend required in‑person trainings/meetings at our Brighton, CO office
Able to travel 15-50 miles each way to client homes in Denver, Aurora, Northglenn, Brighton, Commerce City, or Thornton
