Job Title: Menu Release Manager (QSR) Quick service restaurant



Location: Atlanta, GA (Onsite)

Interview: Video

Experience: 4+ years (Not less than 4 years)

Visa: Focus on getting H1B, H4EAD, USC || Secondary focus GC, GCEAD,

Mandates: Aloha Menu, Altametrics, MBDP, and Restaurant Admin Portal.

Role Overview: The Menu Release Manager is responsible for planning, configuring, validating, and deploying menu changes across all digital and in store systems. This includes POS (Aloha), mobile app, web ordering, loyalty, kiosks, and third party delivery platforms. The role sits at the intersection of technology, operations, marketing, and digital guest experience, ensuring menu accuracy, timely releases, and strong merchandising impact.

Key Responsibilities

Menu Configuration & Release Execution

• Administer approved menus, pricing, and item configurations across POS (Aloha), Aloha Menu, Altametrics, MBDP, and Restaurant Admin Portal.
• Lead execution of menu releases across all digital platforms (app, web, kiosks, delivery).
• Ensure product availability, categorization, and merchandising align with brand strategy.
• Manage menu exceptions, promotions, discounts, coupons, and limited time offers.

Cross Functional Collaboration

• Act as liaison between brand teams, digital teams, operations, and IT..
• Coordinate with third party delivery integrators (e.g., ItsaCheckmate) for menu updates.

Operational Readiness

• Provide execution guides for new product rollouts, including product handling, recipes, POS info, and purchasing details.
• Ensure franchisees and operators receive clear communication and training materials.
• Support field teams with escalations related to menu configuration or digital ordering.

Data, Reporting & Optimization

• Use analytics tools to monitor menu performance and identify optimization opportunities.
• Share insights with cross functional teams to improve conversion, traffic, and digital engagement.
• Stay current with digital best practices, competitive trends, and QSR menu innovation.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong understanding of QSR POS systems (Aloha preferred).
• Experience with digital menu management, online ordering, and delivery integrations.
• Project management excellence; ability to manage multiple releases simultaneously.
• Analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and web analytics tools.
• Strong communication skills for cross functional coordination.
• Ability to translate business objectives into menu configuration requirements.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree required, advanced degree preferred.
• 3 4+ years of experience in QSR, digital menu management, POS administration, or digital merchandising.
• Experience in cross functional project teams and ownership of sub projects.

Ideal Candidate Profile for

• Deep familiarity with high volume beverage/food QSR operations.
• Comfortable working in fast paced release cycles (weekly/monthly menu updates).
• Strong digital merchandising instincts-understands how menu layout drives conversion.
