Acute Hemodialysis RN Opportunity

Seeking an experienced Acute Hemodialysis RN to provide specialized care at multiple facilities. The role involves delivering high-quality dialysis services, ensuring patient safety, and supporting various locations as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Administer acute hemodialysis treatments in accordance with healthcare standards.
• Monitor patient vital signs and adjust treatments to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Document patient care activities accurately and promptly.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Assist at different facilities based on census needs and schedule requirements.
• Participate in on-call rotations to support continuous patient care.

Qualifications:

• Valid RN license with demonstrated experience in acute hemodialysis.
• Proven ability to perform dialysis procedures independently.
• Reliable transportation and flexibility to travel between facilities.
• Strong communication skills to coordinate with team members and patients.
• Ability to adapt to variable weekly schedules, including every other Saturday and on-call shifts.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and infection control standards in dialysis care.
