Job Overview Travelers Insurance, through its subsidiary InsuraMatch, is launching a new commercial lines division focused on Excess & Surplus lines. The Wholesale/E&S Senior Quality Assurance Consultant will design, implement, and maintain a QA program for the E&S wholesale division. Salary range: $70,400.00 – $116,200.00. Responsibilities Design, implement, and maintain a quality assurance measurement and review program for the E&S Wholesale Division. Perform complex quality reviews, re‑perform audits of peers and vendor partners, and analyze results to assess performance, identify trends, and surface improvement opportunities. Develop and communicate implementation tools to drive ongoing process improvements. Ensure QA findings are corrected, documented, and tracked to resolution. Participate in QA meetings and provide feedback to managers, coaches, and employees. Manage and facilitate implementation of changes to QA processes, including program design and attributes. Lead testing and evaluation related to systems updates or enhancements tied to new regulatory requirements. Evaluate state regulatory filings for accuracy and completeness and serve as technical resource for carrier or state regulatory audits. Serve as primary contact for Legal/Compliance to incorporate new statutory and regulatory requirements. Monitor team operations to ensure compliance with SOX, internal controls, and regulatory requirements. Champion change‑management behaviors and maintain visibility of the QA program by reporting progress and successes. Provide support and technical expertise to internal partners, such as Corporate Audit. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Strong working knowledge of the Commercial Lines Excess & Surplus Lines industry. Advanced understanding of E&S compliance processes, surplus lines taxes and filings, and standard MGA or wholesaler procedures. Four or more years of experience in a quality assurance or related area. Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills and ability to collaborate across business areas. Excellent coaching, feedback, and mentoring skills with the ability to communicate clearly at all levels. Ability to manage high‑volume tasks simultaneously and produce error‑free work. Required Education & Experience High‑school diploma or equivalent. Three years of insurance, operations, or related experience.
