Position Program Manager Hours of Employment 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM | Monday-Thursday, or 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM | Monday-Thursday 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM Fridays (non-school days) (Occasional weekday evenings and weekends will be required) Work Location In-Person Salary Range $55,000 - $68,000, based on experience and qualifications Immediate Supervisor Program Director Employment Type Full-time | Exempt Position Overview NCCP is seeking a highly motivated and experienced manager who will complement the leadership team. They will be responsible for the supervision of a small team of employees at a designated school site. They will play a pivotal role in overseeing and coordinating educational programs that enhance the learning outcomes of students. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders that share our mission. Primary Job Responsibilities Actively lead and manage team of program staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment Onboard, evaluate, and monitor performance of program staff and effectiveness Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards of team and program operations Oversee daily operations and ensure that programs run efficiently and effectively Collect and maintain accurate program documentation, including data and reports Monitor and evaluate program performance and effectiveness to meet target metrics Proactively identify and resolve and/or escalate team or program issues Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including community members, school personnel, volunteers, partners, etc. Ensure safety, security, and stated expectations of participants, employees, and volunteers are always maintained Work with Community School Initiatives team to support activities and initiatives, as assigned Lead and participate in professional development trainings Required Skills and Qualifications College courses in Education, Program Management, or related field of study Proven experience in program management Proven experience as an effective coach Strong understanding of educational best practices, standards and operations Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration and stakeholder engagement Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools to assess program effectiveness Ability to adapt to changing environments and manage challenges effectively High level of organization and attention to detail, ability to multitask Additional Preferred Skills and Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Education, Program Management, or a related field Bilingual Spanish/English skills Experience with evaluating program efficacy Experience as direct supervisor of 2 or more people Experience in Excel and Microsoft Office Expectations of all Employees Must have reliable transportation and be willing to use a personal vehicle to transport program/event materials between sites as needed. Work in collaboration with the broader organization to facilitate school, community, and volunteer programs and events (NOTE: Must be able to remain in a stationary or mobile position, as the shift demands, and move equipment/supplies weighing up to 50 pounds.)
