Job Description

Fast-paced operations environment with a focus on accuracy, risk awareness, and client service. Processes day-to-day operational activities associated with Investment Advisor Services (IAS) accounts. Provides administrative and operational support for our clients to ensure timely, accurate service delivery and a high-quality client experience. Performs office support functions and works proactively to identify potential operational, compliance, or fraud-related issues.

Basic Qualifications

• Associate's degree, or equivalent work experience

• Typically two to four years of job-related experience, preferably in institutional trust and/or financial industry

Preferred Skills/Experience

• Basic knowledge of trust administration, products and sales

• Basic knowledge of account management, trust operations, project management, and legal regulations

• Ability to develop new business

• Ability to resolve complex problems with minimal guidance

• Effective interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills

The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $60,435.00 - $71,100.00
