Bachelor's degree in Geotechnical Engineering or similar. Professional Engineer (PE) License in Texas. Experience working on geotechnical projects utilizing multiple deep foundation and ground improvement systems. Excellent writing, organizational, and communications skills are essential. Must be personable and able to communicate with clients and staff at all levels. TxDot experience preferred, but not required.
