Mid-Hudson Subaru, part of the VIP Automotive Group , is actively hiring Automotive Sales Representatives / Car Sales Consultants to join our high-performing team.

???? Key Responsibilities (What You’ll Do)

Guide customers through the complete vehicle sales process from greeting to delivery
Recommend vehicles based on needs, lifestyle, and budget
Conduct test drives and product demonstrations
Build relationships to generate repeat business and referrals
Follow up on leads using CRM, phone, and email
Meet or exceed monthly sales and performance goals
Deliver an exceptional customer experience (CSI-focused)

✅ Qualifications

Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented mindset
Ability to succeed in a fast-paced, commission-based sales environment
Valid driver’s license with clean record
Sales, retail, or customer service experience is a plus
✅ No experience required – we provide training

Full-Time position
5–6 day work week
Weekend availability required (high earning potential days)
