Experienced Automotive Technician – McGrath Davenport Superstore
Location: Davenport, IA

McGrath Davenport Superstore is seeking an experienced and motivated Automotive Technician to join our high-performing service team. This role is critical to delivering the quality, efficiency, and reliability our customers expect from one of Eastern Iowa’s most trusted automotive groups.

Requirements• Minimum of 2 years of automotive technician or mechanic experience
• Strong diagnostic, mechanical, and problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Perform accurate vehicle diagnostics to identify mechanical and electrical concerns
• Complete repairs and maintenance according to manufacturer specifications
• Communicate findings clearly with Service Advisors to support customer transparency
• Order and install correct parts required for repairs
• Follow dealership, OEM, and safety procedures at all times
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Collaborate with the service team to ensure efficient workflow and exceptional customer service
