A Day In The Life Of A Restaurant General Manager

As the General Manager, you lead to ensure our team works cohesively and that our restaurant runs smoothly. You will use your leadership skills to train employees and make sure that they are well taught in their role. You will encourage team building and always be willing to work along the side of our team to ensure efficiency, quality food, and great customer service. You will encourage our team and use your fantastic communication skills to motivate employees while providing constructive feedback.
