Assistant Manager at Subway 9050
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at Subway 9050. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for assisting the General Manager in overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will be flexible, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the General Manager in day-to-day operations
- Supervise and train staff members
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Maintain inventory and order supplies as needed
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues
- Assist with scheduling and payroll
Skills and Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a supervisory role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Flexible and able to adapt to changing priorities
- Strong organizational skills
