Job Opportunity

Position: Cath Lab Tech

Shift:

6:30 AM - 5:00 PM (4 days a week, 10-hour shifts)

Unit Information:

Join a dynamic team within a Cath Lab featuring:

• Number of Beds: 8 Holding Bays and 4 Cath/EP Suites
• Staff Count: 16 Skilled Professionals
• Staff Type: Day Shift with rotating night call
• Patient Ratios: 3 staff to 1 patient in the procedural area
• Equipment: Philips Fluoro Systems, Mac Lab, CardioLab for EP, EMR - Meditech

Qualifications:

Candidates must meet the following minimum qualifications:

• Minimum of 6 months current Cath Lab Tech experience
• Current BLS certification
• ARRT (R) certification
• RCIS or RCES certification (must be willing to apply for registration as a Fluoroscopy Operator in Colorado before starting work)

Preferred qualifications include:

• ARRT (CI) or (CV)
• Experience in scrubbing and monitoring
• Prior experience with Meditech

Procedures Performed:

Typical procedures conducted within the unit include:

• Left Heart Catheterization (LHC)
• Right Heart Catheterization (RHC)
• Electrophysiology (EP) ablations
• Pacemaker and Implantable Cardioverter-Defibrillator (ICD) insertions
• Cardioversion procedures
• Transesophageal Echocardiography (TEE)
• Tilt Table Tests
• EP/Structural Heart procedures
• Right Heart Monitoring
