Women’s Health Clinical Account Specialist The Women’s Health Clinical Account Specialist (WHCAS) supports customers by providing clinical information on our Company’s products, delivering education, and supporting clinical training programs. The role is a key member of the customer‑facing team, partnering with healthcare providers and related stakeholders to address identified needs, educate on product use, and drive outcomes aligned with the Company’s mission and goals. Responsibilities Engage in balanced product sales presentations with health care providers to align customer needs and Company products in accordance with product labeling and professional society recommendations. Serve as a product expert and convey technical and clinical information in an accurate and clear manner to encourage proper product utilization while meeting customer needs. Understand local managed‑care and reimbursement environments and communicate proficiently regarding such matters. Build and maintain strong customer partnerships. Provide management with updates on customer needs, patient health outcomes, customer feedback, marketplace dynamics, and progress toward quality goals. Effectively manage complex account interdependencies to develop short‑ and long‑term account plans with the extended account team. Conduct routine product in‑services with accounts to ensure proper education and utilization of the product in accordance with labeling. Regularly monitor and assess business performance against objectives, including competitive activity and identification of market trends using company‑provided tools. Develop and execute a territory and account‑level business plan in accordance with Company policies, standards, and ethics. Conduct routine account business reviews with key customers to support their needs. Maintain ongoing product and ecosystem knowledge and certification for the Company portfolio. Additional Responsibilities Act as the primary point of contact for select customer accounts, meeting with key personnel to understand practice structure, business model, and key influencers, and identifying business opportunities. Support complex procurement environments (Buy and Bill, Assignment of Benefits, 340B) and demonstrate knowledge of managed care, Medicaid, Group Purchasing Organizations, and related policies. Coordinate with the extended customer team to outline customer strategy and improve patient support. Required Education, Experience and Skills BA/BS degree plus 2–6 years of sales experience OR six or more years of equivalent experience. Equivalent experience may include professional sales, healthcare/scientific field work (pharma, biotech, medical devices), professional marketing, or military experience. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to analyze metrics and assess progress against objectives. Ability to work independently and within a team environment. Flexibility, willingness, and desire to work in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment. Strong organizational and time‑management skills. Valid driver’s license. Willingness and ability to travel as needed, varying by territory. Willingness to complete credentialing requirements for in‑person access with accounts. Preferred Education, Experience and Skills BA/BS degree plus 6–8 years of sales experience OR 10+ years of equivalent experience with at least 4 years in pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare industries. Previous sales, account management, consultative, or customer service experience. Buy and Bill experience. Experience in the women’s health industry. This Territory Covers Northern Illinois: Northern and Western suburbs of Chicago, Rockford, and Northwest Illinois. Candidate must reside within this territory. Overnight travel (percent) depends on candidate’s location within the territory. Reports to the Regional Manager. Eligibility Only U.S. and Puerto Rican residents are eligible to apply. Salary and Benefits Annualized Salary Range (U.S.): $85,000.00 – $144,100.00 Travel Requirements: 25% Valid Driver’s License required.
