Principal Account Executive, Security Product Sales

Job Overview This role supports organizational security by driving sales of cybersecurity solutions to business customers and improving their security posture. It involves engaging with customer security leadership to understand challenges and align solutions with their needs. The role requires deep domain expertise to conduct comprehensive security discussions and represent the organization at industry events. Success is measured by achieving sales targets, expanding customer relationships, and enhancing market presence. The work directly impacts customer security outcomes and contributes to the organization's market position in cybersecurity sales. Job Responsibilities Drive new business acquisition by leveraging expertise in business-to-business cybersecurity and understanding market trends Define and implement programmatic sales strategies to achieve assigned sales targets and manage revenue forecasts Collaborate with internal teams to influence product roadmaps and develop sales assets that communicate business value Build and maintain relationships with sales, product, and implementation leadership to identify new market opportunities Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed Education and Work Experience High School Diploma/GED (Required) Bachelor's Degree (Preferred) More than 10 years of B2B selling to Large Enterprise Customers (Fortune 100) 7-10 years selling Collaboration, Customer Experience and/or Productivity solutions 4-7 years of experience creating and delivering EBC presentations, general meetings, and events with C‑Suite level executives Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Communication: active listening, confident communicator; speak with clarity and positive tone; empathic toward others, able to build rapport (Required) Organizational Effectiveness: demonstrate efficient organization skills, ability to prioritize and respond with urgency and accuracy (Required) Business Acumen: financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting; strategic thinking (adaptability, flexibility, planning); analytical skills (research, attention to detail) (Required) Problem Solving: assess and define core issue, generate alternatives and recommendations, evaluate alternatives, implement (Required) Licenses and Certifications At least 18 years of age Legally authorized to work in the United States Travel Travel Required: Yes DOT Regulated DOT Regulated Position: No Safety Sensitive Position: No Pay Range Total Target Cash Pay Range: $190,400 – $343,500, inclusive of target incentives Base Pay Range: $133,280 – $240,450 Benefits Full and part‑time employees have access to medical, dental, vision, flexible spending account, 401(k), employee stock grants, employee stock purchase plan, paid time off, paid holidays, parental and family leave, child care subsidy, tuition assistance, short‑ and long‑term disability, voluntary accident, life and disability coverage, commuter programs and mobile service & home internet discounts.
