What you can expect from this role We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to support our Colon and Rectal Surgery Clinic in Boise . We are dedicated to providing advanced care for acute and chronic health conditions of the colon, rectum, and anus, and specialize in colon and rectal surgery. Our services include advanced laparoscopic/minimally invasive surgery and diagnosis and management of colon and rectal cancer, as well as treatment for conditions such as diverticular disease, hemorrhoids, abscesses and fistulas, continence disorders, and other benign and malignant anorectal conditions. Join the only specialty surgical oncology team in the state of Idaho, our team has a great culture and a passion for advancing patient outcomes! Full-time: 0.9-1.0 FTE Schedule: four 9-hour shifts (0.9) or four 9-hour shifts + one 4-hour shift a week (1.0) No nights, weekends, or St. Luke’s observed holidays! Sign-on bonus eligible for new hires! Certification pay (ex. OCN, CNOR, CGRN) Our Resource RN will support triage and provide coverage for the primary RN’s when needed within the Colon and Rectal Surgery clinic Triage in the clinic includes being on the computer corresponding with patients via messages or on the phone Minimum qualifications for this role Education: Nursing Degree Experience: One (1) + years’ RN experience Licenses/Certifications: Current RN licensure from the State of Practice AND Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Provider Certified through American Safety and Health Institute, American Heart Association, or American Red Cross Preferred: colorectal, oncology, surgical or outpatient experience What’s in it for you At St. Luke’s, caring for people in the communities we serve is our mission – and this includes our own SLHS team.
