Dispatcher IS Technology is seeking a professional, customer-focused Service Coordinator to serve as the first point of contact for our clients and support our service team. What's in it for you? Dispatcher Details: Temp-to-Hire position $ 17.00 / hour Full Time work available First Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm) Answer and manage a multi-line phone system in a professional and friendly manner. Schedule and dispatch service technicians and IT engineers. Communicate service updates and status information to customers. Monitor service tickets and coordinate daily technician schedules. Assist with general office and administrative duties. Maintain a professional front office environment. Dispatcher Qualifications: Must speak, read, and write English fluently. Strong typing and computer skills. Ability to handle multiple phone lines and multitask in a fast-paced environment. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Proficient with Microsoft Office and general office software.
