Clinical Support ServicesTo provide clinical support services for the Clinic Physician/Nurse Practitioner and performs effective patient care utilizing the nursing process. RN Specifications (Education, Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, Licensure, Certification, Registration):Graduate of an approved school of nursingCurrent licensure as registered nurse in Missouri or eligible2 years of acute care experience preferredMaintains basic life support ACLS required within 6 months of date of hire for Cardiology ServicesSuccessful implementation of nursing knowledge/processKnowledge and ability to complete laboratory dutiesDemonstrates skill in area of specialtyLPN RequirementsGraduate of Approved School of Practical NursingCurrent licensure as Licensed Practice Nurse (IV Certified) in Missouri or ability to obtain required (Graduate practical nurses must obtain licensure within 3 months of graduation)Maintains Basic Life Support ValidationSuccessful implementation of nursing knowledge/skillsDemonstrates skill in area of specialtyCMA/RMA RequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalent is requiredGraduate of a Medical Assistant program required, associates preferred, diploma will be consideredCertified or Registered Medical Assistant requiredAbility to follow written and verbal instructionsAbility to work and communicate effectively with othersAbility to prioritize patient needs and tasksMust maintain current CPR certificationExcellent customer service skillsAbility to lift and assist patientsAbility to assess patient, perform vital signs, and complete appropriate, required documentation
