Proven experience in: BI Publisher report development and troubleshooting. Interface development and application security roles. Collaborate with Business Analysts, HR teams, and developers to gather and analyze requirements for reports, interfaces, extensions, and integrations. Translate business and system requirements into detailed technical designs and documentation. Develop and maintain data conversions, custom reports, and application extensions using HCM Extract, BI Publisher, OTBI, FDI, and other Oracle tools.
