THIS IS MORE THAN RUNNING A SHIFT

Our Shift Managers are leaders.

You'll learn how to take ownership of a restaurant shift, lead a team, solve problems, develop employees, deliver great customer experiences, and produce results.

You'll work alongside experienced restaurant leaders who will help you continue developing your skills and prepare you for the next level of leadership.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

As a Shift Manager, you'll help lead restaurant operations during your shift. You'll:

• Lead, motivate, and coach Crew Members

• Create a positive and respectful work environment

• Position and organize the team for successful shifts

• Deliver fast, friendly, and accurate service

• Maintain high standards for food quality and food safety

• Help manage labor and restaurant productivity

• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant

• Solve problems and make decisions in a fast-paced environment

• Train and develop employees

• Communicate expectations and follow up with the team

• Support restaurant goals and performance

• Help create an outstanding experience for every customer

Most importantly, you'll learn how to lead people and run a successful shift.
