Collision General Manager

Job Summary Service Center North Las Vegas—Caliber Collision has an immediate job opening for a Collision General Manager to perform all-purpose duties, including overall operation of the center, risk management, teammate development, client metrics, production, and administration. This individual will also recruit, recognize, and retain talented teammates, monitor financial performance, and review prior month’s metrics to identify opportunities and trends. Collision General Managers ensure center teammates repair vehicles thoroughly, safely, and profitably consistent with Caliber’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), insurance partners and industry guidelines. Compensation Up to $80,000 - $120,000 per year. Benefits Medical, dental, and vision benefits from day one Industry comparable pay—paid weekly Paid vacation & holidays—begin accruing day1 Career growth opportunities—promote from within Paid skilled trainings and certifications—I-CAR and ASE Requirements 3+ years of collision management experience Valid driver’s license and eligible for coverage under company insurance policy 21 years of age or older Abilities / Skills / Knowledge Advanced understanding of collision estimating Prior experience with CCC1 and advanced knowledge of repair processes/procedures Ability to understand written and verbal instructions Can prioritize competing tasks and adapt easily to a fast‑paced environment Ability to provide personable, friendly customer service to internal and external customers Ability to perform consistent physical activity—reach below and above shoulder level, kneel, bend, squat, and lift objects over 50lbs.
