Pay & Benefits

• Pay Rate: $36.92 - $50.29 per hour

What You'll Do

• Administer and monitor medical oxygen, aerosols, humidification, and respiratory medications.
• Apply and oversee non-invasive and invasive mechanical ventilation support.
• Assist with airway management, CPR, and insertion/maintenance of artificial airways.
• Collect physiological specimens, interpret data, and suggest therapy adjustments.
• Educate patients and families on respiratory disease prevention and rehabilitation.
• Facilitate patient transitions post-discharge, ensuring continuity of care.
• Document patient information per policy, process billing, and perform additional duties as assigned.
• (For Chaska location) Support pharmacy functions such as stock management and medication dispensing.

What You Need
Required:

• Valid Respiratory Therapist (CRT or RRT) certification
• State licensure with the Minnesota Board of Medical Practice
• BLS certification (Healthcare Provider)
• ACLS certification (preferred or must obtain)
• Ability to meet background check requirements and communicate effectively in English

Preferred:

• Up to 1 year of experience in respiratory therapy
• Recent graduates encouraged to apply
