In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:

• Supports client service by responding to queries promptly, providing clear and accurate updates, and helping to ensure a positive client experience throughout the investigation lifecycle.
• Solves complex problems based on an understanding and knowledge of the intricacies of the system.
• Integrates in-depth area knowledge with a solid understanding of industry standards and practices to provide solutions to internal and external clients. Provides support to lower-level client processing roles.
• May be responsible for allocating and checking work of other team members. May be responsible for specific supervisory review, training and approval actions.
• Contributes to the achievement of related team's objectives including process improvement using AI and other digital tools available.

To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:

• Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
• 5-7 years of total work experience concentrated in transaction processing / investigations or related field within financial services preferred.
• Experience in brokerage processing is preferred.
• Applicable local/regional licenses or certifications as required by the business.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills across diverse teams.

Base salary offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Base salary is only part of the total rewards package, which may include eligibility for an annual discretionary incentive award. Subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable plans then in effect, eligible employees may enroll in a 401(k) plan as well as participate in Company-sponsored medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance plans for the employee and the employee's eligible dependents.
