About the Role:
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Family Physician to join our primary care team. This role involves providing comprehensive, patient-centered medical care to individuals and families across all ages, genders, diseases, and parts of the body. The ideal candidate is committed to preventive care, building long-term relationships with patients, and promoting health and wellness within the community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide general medical care, including diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up for acute and chronic conditions.
- Perform routine physical exams, screenings, immunizations, and health risk assessments.
- Manage care for patients of all ages-from pediatrics to geriatrics.
- Coordinate with specialists and other healthcare providers to ensure seamless patient care.
- Educate patients on health maintenance, disease prevention, and lifestyle choices.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records using electronic medical records (EMR).
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and adhere to clinical guidelines and protocols.
- Respond to patient concerns and ensure a positive and supportive experience.
Qualifications:
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree from an accredited institution.
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Family Medicine.
- Valid and unrestricted medical license.
- Current DEA license.
- Strong interpersonal, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills.
- Commitment to community health, patient education, and continuity of care.
