Maintenance SupervisorThe Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of all equipment and facilities within the organization. They will manage a team of maintenance technicians and ensure that all work is completed in a timely and efficient manner.Responsibilities:Supervise and manage a team of maintenance technicians.Develop and implement maintenance procedures and schedules.Ensure all equipment and facilities are properly maintained and repaired.Coordinate with other departments to schedule maintenance and repairs.Train and mentor maintenance techniciansEnsure compliance with all safety regulations and standards.Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repairs.Manage inventory of maintenance supplies and equipmentPerform other duties as assigned.Requirements:High school diploma or equivalentMinimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance or related fieldPrevious supervisory experienceStrong knowledge of maintenance procedures and techniquesExcellent communication and leadership skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a team.Strong problem-solving skillsAbility to lift and carry heavy objects.Valid driver's license
