Traffic Supervisor (On-Call)The Traffic Supervisor (On-Call) is expected to maintain directed parking and traffic control programs. The position is also responsible for directly supervising on-call Traffic Attendants as they perform assigned tasks in a challenging and fast-paced environment.Ensure customer safety and service excellence standards are maintained by on-call Traffic Attendants.Supervise the on-call Traffic Attendants.Oversee and maintain Traffic Section equipment, tools, as well as control equipment set-up and disassembly.Address complaints and resolve issues and concerns in a timely manner.Identify and develop staff competencies to encourage continued growth and advancement within the Traffic Section.Support the LVCVA safety initiatives and ensures ambassadors in the field have a safe working environment by reporting safety concerns and issues promptly.
