This is not a high-volume "assembly line" title operation. We are looking for someone who takes pride in customer service, enjoys working directly with clients and Realtors, and understands the importance of delivering a smooth and professional closing experience.What You'll DoThis role combines processing and closing responsibilities within a collaborative market team structure. Responsibilities include:Processing residential purchase, refinance, and cash transactionsReviewing title commitments and title requirementsCoordinating with Realtors, lenders, attorneys, buyers, and sellersPreparing files for closingConducting in-person and remote closingsReviewing closing documents with customersAssisting with post-closing follow-up as neededProviding exceptional customer service throughout the transactionYou will be supported by a centralized Florida Operations Platform that includes:Escrow AccountingWire Room OperationsCompliance and Regulatory SupportPost-Closing ServicesTechnology and Systems SupportCustomer Service and Order Entry TeamsThis allows our closers and processors to focus on what they do best—serving customers and closing transactions.What We're Looking ForPreferred Qualifications:Florida Licensed Title Agent (preferred)Minimum 3 years of title processing or closing experienceStrong understanding of Florida real estate transactionsExperience reviewing title commitments and clearing title issuesExcellent communication and customer service skillsStrong organizational and time management abilitiesAbility to work independently while contributing to a team environmentExperience with RamQuest, Qualia, SoftPro, or similar title software is a plusWhy The Closing Agent?At The Closing Agent, we believe our people are our greatest competitive advantage.
