Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.

What You'll Do

• Maintain employee records with accuracy and confidentiality
• Assist with recruitment tasks, including scheduling interviews and screening applicants
• Answer employee questions regarding benefits, policies, and HR procedures
• Coordinate training sessions and logistics for new and current employees
• Support HR staff with administrative functions and daily operations
• Perform accurate data entry and reporting using Microsoft Office programs
• Ensure compliance with HR policies, employment laws, and company procedures

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 2 years of administrative assistant experience (recruiting support preferred)
• At least 1 year of data entry experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs
• Business professional dress required
